How come I was charged more than my monthly package price?

You probably signed up in the middle of a billing period. Our billing dates are the first of the month. You’ll be charged any pro-rated days as well. Here is an example:

Signed up on January 13 for the Basic Web.

Since we bill users on the first of every month, we would bill this user for January 13 for one full month. Then on February 13, we will pro-rate and charge the remaining February.

You’ll be charged for:

January 13 – February 13 – 1 Month
February  14 – February 28 – Remaining 2 weeks

Then you will be billed once every month starting March.
