Allowing an Email Address from the Barracuda Quarantine
Our Barracuda Spam protection services are included with our Exchange hosting services.
- Login to the Barracuda with your email address and email password.
- If you have messages in the Quarantine, they will be displayed as a list under the “Quarantine Inbox” as like the image below. To whitelist an address, simply check the left checkbox and select the green “Whitelist” link under the actions. This will add the address to your whitelist.
