Exchange Outlook Compatibility
So many Exchange services and compatible clients with varying versions of Outlook. Here we list out the compatible versions of Microsoft Outlook and our Hosted Exchange services. See the Exchange Outlook compatibility table below. Contact us if you are still unsure of your situation.
Essentially if you’re using Outlook 2007 or Outlook 2010, it works on Our Exchange 2010 environment.
If you’re on our Exchange 2016/2019 environment, you’ll need Outlook 2010 SP1 at a minimum.

Outlook 2010 Compatibility

If your older Outlook version is not compatible, you will have troubles adding your Exchange mailbox to it.
